Rules of Play

Relax with the knowledge that your little ones can play safely at Playdays.

All our doors are security locked or alarmed and the premises are monitored by CCTV.

There is always at least one trained first aider in the building at all times.

Please observe and adhere to our full listing of ‘Rules of Play’ displayed in the building.These rules are to ensure everyone has a fun, happy experience at Playdays.

    • All children MUST be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult age 18 and over – At all times. PLAYDAYS does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
    • Children must be 12 years or under and below 4feet 9inches to play
    • Children must abide by the age entry levels for each area of the structure
    • Children under 6 years of age should be accompanied to the toilets
    • Children who are toilet training should wear pull ups during play for hygiene reasons and nappy changes should be conducted in the designated baby change area only.
    • No food or drink to be taken onto the play structure at any time.
    • Only food & drink purchased at PLAYDAYS may be consumed on the premises. Exceptions will be made for young babies.
    • Smoking is not permitted in any area the building.
    • Shoes MUST be removed before entering the play structure
    • Socks must be worn at all times.
    • Arms and legs should be covered during play – Tops to be worn at all times.
    • Strictly no climbing up the slides or the netted walls.
    • Children who are unwell are not allowed to play and may be refused entry.
    • All sharp objects such as badges, jewellery etc should be removed before entering the play structure and children wearing glasses should take extra care during play.
    • Personal items such as toys, money etc should not be taken onto the structure.
    • NO liability will be accepted by PLAYDAYS for any loss, damage or theft.
    • Bullying will not be tolerated and we ask that any incidents are reported to a member of staff immediately so we may deal with the situation accordingly. We reserve the right to ask customers and their children to leave if such behaviour takes place and in this instance NO refunds will be given.
    • Photographs may only be taken in the party rooms and only by parents accompanying party guests. Unfortunately, photography in the main play equipment is not permitted for security and privacy of all customers.
